Yogabloom has been an amazing experience for me. I practised regular ashtanga yoga for years. Two seasons ago I tore my rotator cuff in a ski accident. I give credit to Angi for fixing me. I stopped doing most things to let it heal but being an avid golfer I wanted to get back at it. The props and guidance in Angi's classes helped to gradually get me 100% back on track which I had never anticipated.


I take a Thursday night class that is always special. Angi's always open to help with whatever issue might be going on and will aim the class for what might be ailing you. Guess what at over 50 I seem to have quite a few issues.

Le yoga avec Angi c’est formidable, puisqu’elle s’adapte à tous les genres.

Ce que j’adore d’elle c’est qu’elle personnalise ses cours en fonction de chaque personne, selon notre condition physique, elle est très à l’écoute de nos besoins.  Elle peut faire autant de power yoga que de la relaxation.

I just did a weekend with Angie Bloom (Yoga) and Heather Yamada (Arts). It was amazing. I walked in haunted by anxiety and stress, and walked out refreshed and energized. It is not an exaggeration: the Yoga/Art weekend provided me with well-being that works immediately and directly. People at work told me that they saw how radiant I was and overall full of energy. I often push the ‘feeling and being well’ aspect away, forgetting what truly helps me, and get lost in the everyday rush. I often don’t even allow myself to have some fun, find some peace and quiet. Doing a retreat with two truly amazing teachers, who are inspiring by simply being, was such a gift that lasts well into the roller coaster of my work and life as a single mom. Gently finding myself into the posture with the help of Angie and her well-equipped yoga room, using ropes and other props to support my body, was simply beautiful. Doing art with Heather after the yoga helped us to deepen our experience and apply our new found insights, by expressing ourselves – guided by her precision and playfulness – on paper and colour.

Thank you again for this beautiful experience. And yes, the food was delicious and truly nurturing.
