We use a variety of approaches including the yoga wall, restorative yoga, yoga massage and alignment based yoga. We include gentle pranayama (breath work) and incorporate strength building using tubing, arc trainer, the yoga wall, ropes, slings, Trx, blankets, blocks, bolsters, pilates circles, the tower, the chi machine, balls.... We are the smallest studio in the area with the most specialized equipment.
