A support group that meets at least once weekly to walk and support one another in healthy weight loss. Our goal is just a pound a month. Doable. Yes. We will be at least 12 pounds lighter by this time next year! This support group is free for the balance of 2017 first 10 people who enroll. We walk from different locations on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
