This can be challening as each person does have different unique needs but we can do it because our classes are small and our students are curious about exploring and learning. We all need to have a more resilient nervous system so that we can be ready to face life's challenges in a healthy way. Rather than deplete,we fill ourselves with calm, strength, resilience and awareness. Through exploration and playfulness, our challenges become our path to health.
